Texts from Almedion

Almedion Driver Updates is our texting program. If you apply for a driving job through Almedion and say yes to texts, here's what you'll get and how it works.

What we text about

We only text about two things:

  1. Your application. Where it stands, a document that's missing or needs a new photo, your personal link to finish on almedion.com, and what happens next.
  2. Check-ins after you start. How your first week is going, reminders, and help if something comes up.

How you sign up

When you apply for an Almedion driving job on Indeed, the application asks one question about texts:

  • "Can Almedion text you about your application, and check in after you start driving? This is Almedion Driver Updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Not required to apply. Terms and privacy: almedion.com/texts"

You answer Yes or No. We only text you if you say yes, and only about what you said yes to.

Saying no is fine

Texts aren't required to apply, and saying no won't hurt your application. If you say no, we'll email you about your application instead.

How often

Message frequency varies. You'll hear from us most while you're applying and when you first start. Check-ins only go out between 9 AM and 7 PM your time.

What it costs

We don't charge for texts. Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any of our texts. You'll get one text saying you're unsubscribed, and then no more texts from us. STOP ends all of them: application texts and check-ins. Plain words like "stop texting me" or "unsubscribe" work too. If you change your mind later, reply START.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any of our texts, or email contact@almedion.com. We don't have a phone line. Once you're driving, questions about a ride go to the company you drive with. For anything else, email us.

How to know it's really us

  • Our texts always say "Almedion".
  • Our links always start with https://almedion.com. We never send short links.
  • We never ask for money, your Social Security number or bank details by text.
  • We never ask you to text photos of your documents. You upload them on almedion.com.

If a text says it's from us and something seems off, don't tap the link. Email contact@almedion.com.

Your privacy

Your phone number and your yes to texts are never sold, and never shared with anyone for marketing. The company you apply to gets your phone number with your application, so it can reach you about the job. It doesn't get your texting consent, and it doesn't text you through Almedion Driver Updates. The services that run our texts, Telnyx and Respond.io, use your number only for our texts. More in our Privacy Policy.
